Refund Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
Intentional Challenge, LLC d/b/a The Intentional Way wants customers to understand when a digital assessment purchase may be refunded. This policy applies to direct purchases of Individual and Couple licenses through the Intentional Marriage Health Profile.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if no assessment included in the purchased license has been submitted and no report has been generated from that license.
Because the assessment and personalized reports are digital services delivered from user-provided responses, a purchase is ordinarily nonrefundable once any included assessment has been submitted or a report has been generated, except where required by law or where we confirm a material technical failure prevented delivery.
Couple licenses
A Couple license is a single two-seat purchase. If either spouse submits an assessment or a report is generated using the Couple license, the purchase is ordinarily no longer eligible for a voluntary refund. We do not provide partial refunds for an unused spouse seat.
Duplicate charges and technical problems
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once, purchased the wrong license, or experienced a technical problem. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected. We may first attempt to restore access or correct a delivery issue before issuing a refund.
Promotion codes and price changes
Promotion codes must be applied during checkout and cannot ordinarily be added retroactively. A later discount, price change, or promotional offer does not create a right to refund the difference.
How to request a refund
Submit a request through The Intentional Way contact form. Include the purchaser's name, account email, approximate purchase date, license type, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive assessment responses.
Processing and access after refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary. When a full refund is issued, unused license access may be deactivated. A refund does not necessarily delete account, transaction, security, or previously generated report records; those matters are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
