Intentional Challenge, LLC d/b/a The Intentional Way
Terms of Use
Effective July 16, 2026
These Terms govern your access to the Intentional Marriage Health Profile and related websites, reports, couple features, and digital services provided by Intentional Challenge, LLC d/b/a The Intentional Way (“The Intentional Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational and faith-based resource
The Intentional Marriage Health Profile is a faith-based educational, self-reflection, and relationship-growth resource. It offers automated observations, scores, themes, Scripture, reflection prompts, and suggested next steps based on information users provide.
The service is not psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychological testing, legal advice, or a substitute for services from a qualified professional.
2. No counselor-client relationship
Bryan Vignery is a licensed counselor, but purchasing or using this consumer assessment does not create a counselor-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other professional treatment relationship with Bryan Vignery, Stephanie Vignery, Intentional Challenge, LLC, The Intentional Way, or any contributor. No duty to diagnose, treat, monitor, warn, protect, intervene, or provide follow-up care is created by your use of the service.
If you separately enter counseling or another professional service, that relationship is governed by its own written informed consent, privacy notices, fees, scope, and applicable law. This assessment does not replace those documents.
3. Crisis, abuse, and safety
The service is not monitored as an emergency or crisis channel. Do not use an assessment response, feedback form, invitation, or support request to seek emergency help. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. For domestic violence support, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE (7233) or visit thehotline.org.
Do not rely on a report to determine whether abuse, violence, suicidality, a medical emergency, or another urgent risk is present. Seek immediate, qualified help and prioritize safety.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. Each participant must use their own account; spouses may not answer for one another or share passwords.
5. Individual and Couple licenses
An Individual license includes one assessment seat for the purchasing participant. A Couple license includes two assessment seats, one for each spouse, and may generate individual reports and a shared couple report after both spouses complete their assessments and are properly connected. Licenses are personal, limited, non-transferable except for the intended spouse seat, and may not be resold.
Each spouse's experience is self-reported. Scores and differences do not establish who is correct, diagnose either spouse, prove misconduct, or determine responsibility for relationship problems.
A church or organization may sponsor a package of Couple licenses. Sponsorship pays for access but does not give the sponsor ownership of a participant account or permission to view participant identities, answers, scores, individual reports, or couple reports. Sponsor dashboards may show only aggregate package capacity and redemption totals unless a participant separately and knowingly joins another clearly identified organization or professional-access feature.
6. Couple sharing and privacy expectations
By joining a Couple experience, each spouse understands that certain scores, themes, comparison information, and shared recommendations may be displayed to the other spouse in the shared report. Private credentials should never be shared. The service cannot control what another participant does with information they are authorized to view or independently records, screenshots, prints, or discloses.
Do not use the service secretly, coercively, to surveil another person, or to force disclosure. Couple reports are designed to support understanding, not argument, proof, litigation, custody evaluation, employment decisions, or forensic use.
7. Purchases, promotions, and refunds
Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged as one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotion codes may have separate eligibility, expiration, or usage limits. You are responsible for applicable taxes, if any. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Appropriate use
You may use the service only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with security, access another person's account or report without authorization, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malicious material, misrepresent results, reproduce substantial content, or use reports to harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, or control another person.
9. Intellectual property
The assessment, scoring structure, report language, frameworks, branding, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Intentional Challenge, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase grants a limited personal right to access and use the purchased experience. It does not transfer ownership or permit commercial training, publication, redistribution, derivative products, or automated extraction.
10. No guaranteed outcome
Relationships are complex, and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee reconciliation, improvement, accuracy, completeness, compatibility, a particular score, or any clinical, spiritual, relational, legal, or financial outcome. Automated content may be incomplete or may not fit your circumstances. Use your judgment and seek qualified support when appropriate.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features; correct errors; and update content or these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentional Challenge, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for relationship, emotional, reputational, professional, legal, or financial decisions made in reliance on the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific license giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through The Intentional Way contact form.
